Trail's End Popcorn "Scout Popcorn Pix" Contest

Description: The contest is open to any registered Youth Member of Scouts Canada that sells Scout Popcorn in 2008.  Winner(s) of the contest will be youth that submit the most creative photo of themselves before or during the 2008 popcorn sale.

To be eligible pictures must:
a. Show Scout(s) wearing an appropriate Scouts Canada uniform.
b. Show Scout Popcorn -- either actual product or popcorn packaging.
c. Be of proper and decent subject matter, appropriate for children.

Procedure for entering contest:
a. Entrants must go to bestpopcornpix.com/Canada, follow the link to the Popcorn Pix Contest site and fill out the online form, then upload the submitted photo.
b. Using the online form, parents of minor children pictured in the photo must give permission to the Contest to publish the photo if it is deemed a winner.

Judging criteria: Winners will be selected on the basis of:
a. Creativity, originality or instructive value of the photo.
b. Clarity and quality of picture.
c. The "smile quotient" -- does it make the judges smile.

Deadline:
Entries must be uploaded via bestpopcornpix.com/Canada no later than 5:00 p.m. CST Monday, December 1, 2008. Decisions of Trail's End and the contest judges are final. No employee or child of an employee of Trail's End Company, its advertising agencies or suppliers is eligible in this contest.

Prizes:
a. 50 Nintendo DS Game Systems will be awarded to the best 50 photos submitted.
b. A select number of photos will be chosen for inclusion on a 2009 Scout Popcorn package.

Use of submissions: Trail's End Popcorn reserves the right to publish all submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes for Trail's End Popcorn/Scout Popcorn.
